This policy explains how iFix Group LLC (“iFix Group”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit ifixgroup.com or contact us.

Data we collect

  • Contact requests: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional) and the message you send us.
  • Job applications: your name, contact details, message and the CV you upload.
  • Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to keep the site secure and working.
  • Analytics data: anonymous usage statistics collected with Google Analytics, such as pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
  • To review job applications and contact candidates.
  • To protect the site against spam and abuse (for example with Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • To understand how visitors use the site and improve it (Google Analytics).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any following business relationship. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers that help us run the site and email (such as hosting, analytics and spam protection), and only as far as necessary for that purpose.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions; the data is processed by Google according to its privacy policy. You can opt out at any time with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. Our spam-protection provider may set strictly necessary cookies when you use a form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@ifixgroup.com.
