What does iFix Group do?

iFix Group is a software engineering and AI automation company with 12+ years of experience. We design, build and support custom web systems, native iOS and Android apps, AI agents and process automation, cloud infrastructure and third-party integrations.

Which industries do you work in?

Our main fields are AI automation, fintech and banking, iGaming and sports betting, delivery and logistics, augmented reality, blockchain, and automotive. Clients include idram, Ani Plus, AUGmentecture and Carussel, whose dealer platform is used by General Motors brands.

Do you work with clients outside Armenia?

Yes. Our team is based in Yerevan, Armenia, and we have a registered US company in Glendale, California. We work with clients in Armenia, the USA and other countries, with one point of contact across Armenian and US time zones.

How does a project start?

Every project starts with detailed requirements: we interview your team module by module, document the result and get it approved by your management. Then we design the architecture and data model before development begins, so scope, time and budget are clear from the start.

How can we follow the progress of our project?

Work is tracked openly in Jira, with regular demos after each sprint. A dedicated management team works alongside the engineers to control scope, budget and deadlines, and you always have one point of contact.

Can you take over or improve an existing product?

Yes. We extend live products, add new features, modernise legacy systems and take over long-term maintenance. For example, we develop new features for the idram mobile app on iOS and Android.

Do you build AI agents and automation?

Yes — AI automation is our lead field. iFix Group is a Claude Certified Partner and our engineers hold Claude certifications. We build AI agents and chatbots, automate processes between CRM, ERP, help desk, Jira and other systems, and start with consulting and a fast proof of concept.

Where will our system be hosted?

Wherever suits you: AWS, Azure or your own dedicated servers. We set up the production environment, automated deployments (CI/CD), monitoring and backups.

What happens after launch?

We stay with the product: monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, new features, performance improvements and technical SEO. Many of our client relationships have lasted for years.
